I couldn't get washer to drain well I when I lower the hose it worked fine - I am in apt and drain is high - is there a something that can be done- to pump water up - or do I call maniance about lowering the drain hole in wall ? thank you

:)the hose is high not as high as the machine said on lid but 36 inchs worked just fine - thank goodness I used a large ice chest to place drain in thank you so much for help :)
