Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE PLEF489CCE Frigidaire/electric Range \| AppliancePartsPros.com Here is a better wiring diagram. The left oven is lower right corner of the diagram. http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Lassomption/318045328.pdf Could be that the safety thermostat is open. I think this is Item 219 in Section 2 of the parts. May also be the actual temperature control thermostat which I think is Item 12A in Section 1. May even be a burned off wire. Below is a manual which should help with the repair Frigidaire 30 Inch and 40 Inch Electric Freestanding Ranges (5995362828) Service Manual - ApplianceDigest.com You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer. You could unplug the unit and check the above with a meter.
