I have a MYTAG Refrigerator Model MSD2756DEW, THE ICE MAKER WILL NOT FILL WITH WATER. After going thru various test as specified be the tech manual, it's suggested that the Bimetal Thermostat be replaced. I was looking at part #AP3131673 made by WHIRLPOOL ON APPLIANCE PARTS PROS.COM, called a bearing. Will this part prevent water filling the Icemaker? THE WATER VALVES TESTED FINE. WILL A DEFECTIVE THERMOSTAT IN THE ICE MAKER POSSIBLE CAUSE THE THE WATER LINE TO FREEZE?
