Refrigerator is about 2yrs old. Ice maker makes ice and fills the bucket but will not dispense into glass. Trap door opens, motor sounds but auger does not spin to help dispense ice.

Remove the ice container and check the coupling (#16 on the diagram).

Remove the ice bin from the door and check the coupler in the door assembly for damage or it could be stuck in a down position

Turn the ice bin upside down and check the drive coupling and screw.

Also check and insure the ice bucket is installed properly and locked in place.
