Have constant F7 Code :(

For a while (several months) I was able to disconnect cable from control panel (AP3421314) to electronic board (AP3186178) and get it to work.:)

However now, nothing works.:(

What should I do.

I purchased a oven control (#AP3155969)from your company to replace my old control.I followed the instructions that were enclosed with the new control. On the old control a grey wire was plugged onto a lug labled "c". The new control does not have a lug labled "c". I do not know what to do with with the grey wire. Can you tell me what to do? does the grey wire need to be plugged onto a lug, or does the new control eliminate the need to have the wire connected? At this time I have not turned on the electricity to the oven, as I don't want make a serious mistake by not knowing what might happen if the grey wire needs to be hooked up. Will someoneplrese respond to this e-mail.
Thank you, Daniel McFarland
