Dan, I have been doing some checking , and there is a relay board mounted behind the control panel, I believe on the right side. This board is in conjunction, with the ERC. I believe this relay board, is the reason the ERC, is putting off and F5 code. The part # is 74006614. Tom

When do you get the F5.
All the time / as soon as you try using the oven / after the oven has been on for some time.

It is hard to troubleshoot as you cannot get the schematics for the boards themselves.

My guess would be that they are monitoring the power to the relay coils and then sending a signal back to the clock/control. Could be an integrated circuit (IC) problem on the relay board but without a schematic that is just speculation.
If I am correct check the cable that runs from J2 on the relay board to J2 on the control board.
May even be worth checking each wire in the cable for continuity.
Most likely ones are J2-3 and J2-4.
Just trying to eliminate as many causes as possible.
May also be worth cleaning the connectors with some electronics contact cleaner and a tooth brush. Just be sure to let all the solvent evaporate before reconnecting.

And of coarse unplug the unit!

Hate to see you get a relay board and still end up with F5.

Quite frankly this type of problem and limited technical info can drive you crazy.
