I cannot get the temperature settings to stay low on the fridge side of the Arctica unit It jumps up to 49 degrees and rising by itself. How do i get the setting to stay at 36 degrees or so or what should i do now since it is getting very warm. The freezer side seems ok and is at o degrees.

Pull freezer back panel and check frost pattern and post results. If totally frozen, thaw out with a hair dryer and check defrost heater and thermostat while still cold.
If ok, check the damper door in the refrigerator upper panel, if door jammed shut, unplug unit and jam door 1/2 open. If the damper door was jammed shut, order a new one.
