compressor kicking in@out frezzer frezzing but refrigerator warm,evaporator fan not blowing, do not know if circuit board in refrigerator is good or not ?

For starters, I would pull the freezer fan motor and stick 115 volts to it. If it fails to run, order a new one on this site 2201212
