I just installed a new ice mold because its surface was chipping - no other problems at all. Now it cycles to early and pushes out shells of ice with water. The water collects inthe storage bin. Any way to calibrate this thingG

Most likely you installed the thermostat improperly when you replaced the mold & heater assembly. You have to use the alumilastic cement, part number AP3103415, to install the thermostat on the new mold & heater assembly. Gene.
