Bought the dishwasher from Lowe's little over a year ago. Had a recall on the dishwasher, they came out to replace a part that was a fire hazzard couple months back. Now the dishwasher gets stuck on one cycle and does not cycle through. Is it the water valve? Heating element???

At what point exactly it gets stuck? What it does at this time? What it's shown on the control panel?
