Dryer is not heating at all on any setting even with vent hose open on the back.
I have taken off the access covers. the main 220 terminal looks ok. I have tried to take off screws thinking the whole 3 sides would come off to provide access.
The parts check says that the heater assy. is AP277083 and might as well get a new belt as I feel some rough spots. P/N AP3988821

I was going to hook up a meter to check to see of the heater terminals are getting power?
In holding pattern now.

well it appears this site is slow to respond if you are used to an hour time.. Maybe it takes the evening shift to respond.
anyway I got the front panel off and might have found my main problem. The ground wire from the dry sensor might have been off or came off when I took the door off? I still want to replace the belt... Not sure how I will get it around the drum??

Not so lucky as the loose sensor wire. must have knoced it off when removing the front the spade was very loose so I thought that was it.
No luck it is a broken heater coil..
