Everything works.Just does not heat up.Had the same thing happen 2 years ago and I just replaced it with this one.Please chime in with any and all troubleshooting advice.

Gene,It works just like it did when I pulled it out of the box when new.No abnormal noises or anything unusual.It just does not heat any thing up.Not even warm.All displays work,Lights inside Etc.Just will not heat anything up.

Sounds like the magnetron tube is bad. Do not touch anything and call Sears. The microwave is less then a year old and is under the warranty.
