I heard a clicking sound; like the knives are trying to cut the slab into cubes but it's not able to, so the water kept running and the obvious mess occured. I was advised it was time to replace the assembly on another forum. I did so with a part MAC D7824706Q I just purchased from this site. Now there is no water running. (yes, the water is turned back on and the actuating arm is down). Please help.......thanks
