HI,

Icemaker was frozen solid. I heard a clicking sound; like the knives are trying to cut the slab into cubes but it's not able to, so the water kept running and the obvious mess occured. I was advised it was time to replace the assembly on another forum. I did so with a part MAC D7824706Q I just purchased from this site. Now there is no water running. (yes, the water is turned back on and the actuating arm is down).

Please help.......thanks

Make sure the wire harness plugged all the way into the ice maker and the water feeding tube into the ice maker is not frozen.
