Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/29/2008(UTC) Posts: 1		I had a brand new GE over the range installed in May of this year and after 3 weeks it stopped heating food. GE finally sent some one to look at it in July and they told me it was the magnetron ( not sure on spelling) in September they finally sent me a new microwave claimed that those parts are back ordered and can't be had.
