A model number may help others help you Model Number LocatorThere is no reset button but many units have a thermal fuse mounted on the blower assembly. If this fuse blows it kills power to the motor. The most common cause of it going is a clogged or malfunctioning vent system. The first thing to check is power going to the unit. If it has a drum light and the light still works then it has power to at least start the motor. Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. |

There is a thermal fuse in the back of the dryer. You have to unplug the dryer, and then take the big back panel off, and there will be a thin white part, about an inch and a half long, by a half inch wide. It will have two wires coming to it. That is usually the culprit. Also, check the door switch. Open the door, and there will be a thin metal piece, push it in, and be sure iyou hear a click. Sometimes those metal pieces break, and the dryer won't come on at all.. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
