I currently have a problem with the ice maker and Ice dispenser.

Appliance Model Lookup

from that diagram, the ice bucket was broken and cup drive was worn out. So i ordered and replaced the two. After finishing replacing the parts, i tested it and it looks like it is starting to kill the cup drive already. also, the ice will come out whole but if i wanted crushed, it would just get stuck.

It looks pretty straight forward replacing it but i don't know why it is wearing out the cup drive already.

what can i check to make sure everything is correct. i opened it up 3 times to make sure i installed it correctly.
