Does it have a water dispenser too?
The model number you posted is incorrect. Verify and repost it please.

Yes, it does have an inside water dispenser that's never used. The model number I copied is ET1FTTXQ00. I can re-check with my reading glasses...if needed.

You probably missed "K" between "X" & "Q". Most likely the problem is a bad water inlet valve on the back of the refrigerator. - The water inlet valve Part number: AP3890667

Pull the refrigerator out of the wall. Remove the cover on the bottom and you'll see it.
If you know how to handle a simple tools, this part should not be too difficult to replace yourself.
