Looks like F11 is a shorted keypad on the control board.

There is no keypad on this model. It is just a peel off front cover. You need to replace the clock control board. The part # is 316557104. When you remove the old clock control board, which is held in by 4 screws, just pull off the front pad, with the bake, and broil, and clock time, and stick in on the new one. This is a quick and easy repair. Take me about 15 minutes to do it all. Make sure you unplug the oven, when you do it.
