having problem with refridgerator first fridge side was warm found evap coil froze up defrosted coil and replaced defrost thermostat all is well except will not dispense water now does have supply water line is clear on freezer door feels like water line coiled inside bottom of fridge is froze up what would cause this problem

There is too cold in the fresh food compartment. You have to adjust the temperature.
