Cleaned upper oven and oven has completely shutdown. power to unit is good. door is still locked. I believe the overtemp Thermistor has blown. Can information be provided as to the location and any other info to aid in removal and replacement.

Here is the diagram of your oven--->Model KEBC277KBT0

Section 4 item# 37 is your thermister. It is located at the back of the oven, and the oven will need to be removed from the wall to get to it.
