Have an Amana side by side refrigerator, approx. 11 years old. Both refrigerator & freezer sides have very low cooling. Freezer does not freeze food. Has been getting progressively worse over time. Everything seems to be working fine, except that the top most coil tube in the freezer, behind the panel, & the switch (defrost thermostat ?) clipped onto the tube build up quite a bit of frost. Could the switch be bad, and could this cause the low cooling in both the fridge & freezer ?

Just the top most tube & switch. The rest of the tubes are not frosted & are not very cold.

It has a leak or a restriction or an inefficient compressor or all three it's not worth fixing
