The dishwasher won't fill. The fill valve voltage is not getting voltage to activate it. I think the control board is the problem because of some previous conditions that were not seen before, such as a status light coming on when it never did before. The AP3133674 is the recommended replacement part. Why is a fuse with cable assy AP3115175 required?

Have you checked across the water valve and overfill switch combo. They are wired in series. So if the switch is not closed for any reason the unit will not fill.
The fuse with the wires is a fix for a problem with the thermal fuses blowing for no apparent reason. |

Yes, I checked the switch and valve solenoid combo and the switch is closed. I also checked to see if voltage was being appliced to the valve solenoid and could not detect any when the washer was in the fill cycle. The solenoid coil measured about 630 ohms, the value on the data sheet supplied with the dishwasher.

Unfortunately it looks like you need a new control board.
Before ordering, I would check the wires from the valve back up to the control board for continuity. With luck one of them is open. |
