My dishwasher is not heating during the wash or dry cycle. I have replaced the fuse and had the heating element checked. Both are fine. Additionally, after use, the "clean" light comes on but I am unable to restart the dishwasher without unplugging it and then re-plugging it in. Once I have done this, the "washing", "Drying", and "Clean" lights all blink continuously until I start a new load. Is this a control module problem or maybe something else?

Linda, I don't quite understand, What do you mean by "fuse" ? Do you mean the hi limit thermostat, attached to the bottom of the tub ? Part number: AP2109201
If the hi limit switch is an open circuit when cool, it will keep the heater from coming on. At this point, with the heater circuit OK, and if the Hi limit switch circuit is OK, You'd have a bad control board, or a broken wire to the hi limit switch and heater. Part number: AP4392629
Good Luck, :) :) :)
