I can force it to turn and feel something move free maybe a sock or something got through the seal and is on the outer side of the drum getting caught. It will happen again and again after I turn it mannualy and then run it. Where do I begin to open the unit. Front Back Top etc. Any help would be appreaciated kenbary@comcast.net

You might find the wire clamp imposable to get back on, so you will need to buy a adjustable clamp to replace it.

Warning!!, Before reaching in, use duck tape on the very sharp edges back there, will save cuts and prevent foul language around Christmas!

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/1/2010(UTC) Posts: 9		I think I got it. Before I opened it I ran a dry spin and heard a good couple of thumps. Shut it down and opened it. Got the drain clamp off and drain hose. A sock made its way to the drain. I was right there, I just plucked it out and put drain hose clamp back on. doing a test wash right now. Thanks for your help.
