Hi All,

We are new home owners (about 2 months). Prior to this issue, it seemed to run very loudly (we assumed it was just normal), but yesterday we went to run it and after filling, it just made a buzzing or humming noise. The draining also works properly. Any ideas? Any other info you need, just let me know.

TIA!

Remove the toe panel and inspect the motor for a water marks. Post the result.

The model number you posted is incomplete. Verify and repost it please.
