Is there a valve that controls the water flow to the top outlet?[/font] [FONT='Times New Roman','serif']I have removed and cleaned the filter checked the spray arm to make sure it moves freely. I cannot see if there is water pressure flowing from the top outlet to power the spray arm[/font]
