I have the same problem and the model is LFC22760ST. So which part do we need and anyone tried to replace that hinge cam successfully.

Thank you Gene for the Manual.

http://136.166.4.200/contents/F...850xx_Service_Manual.pdf

That helped a great bit. The cam is screwed in at the end of the Gasket Bracket which holds the Gasket to the door. But the whole thing is covered by a piece of plastic that runs the length of the door. I would not have risked breaking it were it not for the service manual that explained that the cover is only clicked on to the door. Pry off the cover. Then use a flat head to pry the Gasket Bracket out. Only, for me, to replace the hinge cam, I didn't have to remove the bracket completely. I just pulled it out enough on top to get to the screw on top and replaced it. Clicked everything back in. Paid close attention to placement of the spring to the door edge per Manual. Voila!

For my LFD25850ST, I found the part at repair clinic dot com. part number 1266811

Gene,

Thank you for the manual, it is very helpful. My front display control panel is completely out and I need to remove the dispencer to access the display control panel. In one of the sections, it says that you can pry the dispencer off by the bottom hole access. I will try that tomorrow to see if it works. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate a reply. Again, thank you.

Can anyone direct me to a service manual for a LFD22860? I have this same issue with the broken mounts for the cam, but none of the links in this thread seem to work. Sorry for the post on an old thread.
