My washer wobbles but unlike other postings I do not have a powder residue and it doesn't screech when it stops. I just wonder what part would help fix this. Does anyone know?

Here's your parts breakdown Model PAV2200AWW

Is there an installation steps and procedures manual online somewhere?

Does the tub lean real hard to the right side? There was a service bulletin on the Performa's and the kit came with a new baseplate, snubber, and springs they also shook a lot and on a raised wood floor they were real bad

How do I get hold of this kit?

Where do I get installation instructions?

Replace original snubber with kit 12002357. The replacement of the snubber and six springs (included in the kit) will reduce tub lean to an acceptable level. If you still experience tub lean after replacement of the snubber, confirm the snubber is centered properly and check for possible damage to the base.

Was thanked: 2 time(s) in 2 post(s)
Enter in the search box my article "Maytag Performa washer snubber replacement".
Note that you will not need to pull off the tranny pulley and the last one I did I didn't need the extra long screws, just be careful and loosen all the housing screws symetricaly to remove the brake spring tension.
Inspect the base under the snubber, if pitted badly, you will need a new base.
