Overnight my fridge stop cooling. The fan is running and when I mover the temp control to zero it turns off. The compressor is very warm to the touch. There is no Ice as it already defrosted. any thoughts?

Sounds like the compressor is seized. Unplug the unit let it set for a while(until the compressor cools) then plug it back in and listen for a clicking. Remove the start relay ans shake it, if it rattles then that's your problem. If it's clicking (and no rattle) you probably need to go shopping or call a certified tech for compressor replacement.

Did you check the relay connected to the compressor?
