I have done several ref/freezers for friends whose maker quit making ice and
have found most have the same solution.

Turn the water supply off to the back of the reefer. Undo the water line where it connects. There is a small trough that slides into the opening. Remove this. I have found that the water freezes in this trough. Run it under hot water to remove the ice and re-install and connect the water line and turn water back on. Should make ice shortly.
