Hi,

I'm looking for some help with my Whirlpool ice maker. It doesn't seem to be calling for water. The water dispenser still works. I originally assumed it was the water inlet valve so I replace that. Still no water. I used a jumper wire to cycle the ice maker. It did spin and go through all of the steps. Once it got to the water fill nothing came out. I checked voltage at the inlet valve during the fill cycle and it didn't register.

Anyone have any ideas what I should be looking at next? I even jumped the one of the wires from the water dispenser valve to the ice maker valve just to make sure the line was ok and it worked.

The icemaker motor module is the part of the icemaker that turns on the heater, dumps the ice, and refills the ice mold/tray. It could be causing the problem.
