I have both indicator lights on for the top elements when all switches are in the off position. This is an electric range with expososed elements. Help. Don

Don Don, A model number would be a great help. A guess, at this point, A shorted wire or a shorted infinite switch(s) If you can, access the control panel, and check for shorted, damaged, wires or arced damaged contacts on the switches. :) :) :)
