Sometimes the hinge side of the seal can gram onto the units frame and cause a poor seal. A common fix for this is a light coating of white lithium grease or vaseline along that side. Many units have a plastic cam assembly as part of the lower door hinge. This helps keep the door closed. Check that yours are OK.
