We purchased a Frigidaire Electrolux Gallery Series Model number glef378cqb series vf33136697. The stove works great, the convection fan and oven light turn on, but the burners don't turn on in the oven. I read on another post that he might need an EOC Controller. Is that what mine would be too?

A good place to start is to see if you have 240VAC at the outlet. Then check to make sure your electrical connections at the range are secure.

If both things magician59 chesk out OK then odds are that the control board (Item 20 in Section 1) is toast

There is always a possibility that both elements are burned out but this would be a long shot to say the least.
