The "Normal" light flashes and beeps and the soap dispenser won't close. I have held in the Reset button, but it always switches back to "Normal" and beeps. It started messing up during a wash cycle and won't do anything.

I am having the same problem. Model #GSD 4010Z05AA What is needed to repair??

Most likely the problem is a bad sequence switch (#904 on the diagram).
