Changed the timer,Electronics about a year and a half ago. The only thing that wouldn't work was the clean cycle, after pushing the key pad it finally went into a clean cycle once. Now if the oven sets for a couple hours it start beeping and the codes F1 and F0 are displayed and you can't get it to shut off for a minute or so and the only thing that works on the key pad is the bake cycle so I have pulled the touch pad wiring grid out and the only thing that works is the clock until we need the oven and than I reinsert the wiring grid. I believe it is the touch pad panel am I correct?

Hi Larry, Yes, you were right. The problem is a bad touch pad aka a control panel. - The part number for the control panel is AP4284805 Here are the break down diagrams for the Jenn Air range Model W2780BGene.
