I have a 2002 Whirlpool Thin Twin stackable washer/dryer. When I try to wash, I hear a loud chattering/grinding noise and it does not agitate or spin. I'm thinking it's either the coupling or the transmission. Is there an easy way to tell?

Its the COUPLING!!!! part#285743 or285753 for HD unit.:)
