Crunch into the search window, "replacing direct drive brake shoes", If it fails the test with the tranny coupler, you have bad brake shoes.

I have NEVER had to replace "Brake Shoes" I think you will find that replacing the clutch will take care of your problem. Have a great day!!!!:)

I have seen motors burn out or motor epoxy failures jamming the bearings. The brake shoe rollers wear out because they now never oil them in production!!
