Neither refrigerator or freezer working. Fans are working and a slight buzzing sound appears an attempt to get the compressor to run. I don't know how to determine if it is a relay, thermal cutoff or compressor problem. What is the procedure for determining which is causing the problem? Any assistance would be appreciated.
