Patty, Based on what I have here, Your drain problem would be due to : Drain tube plug (cover) pressed down too far into drain tube or clogged with debris. Drain tube is clogged with ice or debris. And there is a remote possibility, that the freezer floor has warped up and the drain is higher than the drain water level. Good Luck,

The drain is either clogged or frozen. Open up the freezer and expose the drain by removing the panel in the rear of the compartment. It will be a pencil-sized hole directly beneath the evaporator coil, and in the center. Allow the freezer to defrost and pour hot water into the hole, until you can hear it running into the drip pan under the unit. You may need to run a small stiff wire into the drain tube to clear it, but do so very carefully: the tube is soft and can be ruptured easily.
