freezer running but found ice build up inside freezer. frig. not cooling noticed a couple days ago clicking inside the frig. top under the cover any advice

Check your defrost system. and theair duct between the freezer & frig for ice buildup, sounds like a defrost problem. Nat

nat there was very little ice build up btween frig. & freezer cleaned it out but frig still to warm how do i go about checking defrost problems thanks

Remove everything out of the freezer, locate the defrost thermostat above the evaporator coils, test with an ohm meter while it's cold. If it tests out it would have to be your defrost control. Use a hair dryer to melt all the ice and put it back together. Go into the frig side and remove the cover on the control section, locate the adaptive defrost control, replace that and you should get you running correctly again. Nat
