my dryer is making an aweful squealing noise :mad: please help!!

Here is a manual which should help with your repair.

It could be a number of things: rear support roller, motor bearings, idler wheel, front support glides, something in the blower assembly, etc.

Unplug the unit, open the it up and check the above for wear and slop.

I would also check the belt, drum seals, etc., might as well give it an overhaul while you are in there.
Give the interior including the blower wheel a good cleaning.
Also clean/check your vent system.

With a little luck you should not have to mess with it again for a couple years.
