Side by side Eterna Series GE. Freezer seems ok but the frige is warm. When this first happened, I found that the motor area was quite dusty and thought that may have been the problem. I vacuumed well and plugged it back in and seemed to work ok, thought I was a genius! Now has same symptoms. Any ideas?

Check the back of the freezer for frost or ice, sounds like a defrost problem, very common occurance.
