I plugged washer into generator during hurricane Ike and now it will not run. At first it quit on the Rinse Cycle. Now I plugged it into house power and it will no longer run. What happened and what do I need to buy to fix it?

No, there is no "fill action" at all. After the Rinse Cycle failed and I re set it to fill to wash, the pump struggled for about 5 seconds and then you would hear the water. After a couple of days of this, the water filling process did not sound normal. From there it simply quit everything.

Sounds like the generator was putting out too many amps and burned something up.
