We have a free-standing kenmore gas range that is less than 18 months old. Tonight when we turned it in to preheat the oven to 400 after it beeped that it was preheated it turned off and gave me an error code F30. I turned the oven off and turned it back on a few minutes later. It seemed to run fine for about 10 or 15 minutes then all of a sudden turned off again and gave us an error code F10 and just kept beeping. Eventually we were able to get that stopped and left the oven off for 10 minutes or longer. I then turned it back on but only to 375. It seems to be working but there isn't much heat coming out of the upper vent. I am having trouble locating my range model on any of the websites and can't find the error codes. Can anyone help?

Your model is actually made by Frigidaire, Kenmore doesn't make anything. I haaven't seen an F10 or F30 code, but an F1 code is the sensor and F3 is the ERC(control board) You can pull up a parts break down on the www3 sears website. I would start by checking the connections on the control board. Nat

Check sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control. Replace oven temperature sensor (RTD) if wiring is ok. Nat
