Need parts and direction on replacing the rubber lip assembly that is located between the drum and door. The upper shock mount broke and tore the rubber so I need the mount also.
I have no warranty I bought on ebay and the seller tore the serial number sticker off the washer before shipping to me.

The model numer doesn't pull up. Did they remove the whole model & serial tag? Nat

I can see the washer on the kitchen aid website, but it doesn't pull up on any of the major suppiers websites. You may have to locate part numbers off the parts themselves. I even checked on the Whirlpool (which is who makes kitchen aid)tech site and they have nothing posted on this model. If that model & serial number has been removed it may be a scrapped unit. Nat

Since Whirlpool makes this, and I don't like to assume but, they probably used the same parts as for the Duet which the bellows part # is AP3128710 and the mount would be part of the from of the outer drum part # AP3773840. Did the seller install the shipping pins before they shipped it to you. If not the shocks & springs may need replaced too. Hope that will help you some Nat
