Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/13/2008(UTC) Posts: 2		Need parts and direction on replacing the rubber lip assembly that is located between the drum and door. The upper shock mount broke and tore the rubber so I need the mount also. I have no warranty I bought on ebay and the seller tore the serial number sticker off the washer before shipping to me.

You may have to locate part numbers off the parts themselves. I even checked on the Whirlpool (which is who makes kitchen aid)tech site and they have nothing posted on this model. If that model & serial number has been removed it may be a scrapped unit. Nat

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 8/13/2008(UTC) Posts: 3,097		Since Whirlpool makes this, and I don't like to assume but, they probably used the same parts as for the Duet which the bellows part # is AP3128710 and the mount would be part of the from of the outer drum part # AP3773840. Did the seller install the shipping pins before they shipped it to you. If not the shocks & springs may need replaced too. Hope that will help you some Nat
