I have the freezer works, refrigerator does not issue. I replaced the thermostat timer, turned off the unit and completely defrosted, and it still did not work.

I took out the evaporator motor, AP3845420 , and tested it for ohms. It reads OL when I test it. Can I assume that is the issue then? I am testing it completely unhooked and warm if that makes a difference.

Yes as long as you are using a high enough meter scale.

It's a digital one, fluke 111, so it automatically scales. Thanks for the confirmation.

I installed the new evaporator fan and it works. I let it run overnight, but the refrigerator is only at 50. The freezer is perfect, but the refrigerator is not cold enough...... Ideas?

Check that the damper in the freezer is letting cold air into the fresh food section (Items 2 and 4 in Section 2).

If a lot of the food in the fresh food side was at room temperature it may take longer to stabilize.
