#1 problem is the refrigerator is not staying cold, the freezer works fine. Water drips periodicly from the temperature controller located at the back wall of top shelf area.

Most likely the problem is a clogged and/or frozen drain. The model number you posted does not come up.

Thank you Gene,

I have the correct model number . FRT18B4AW6. I'm trying to locate a diagram of my model refrigerator so I can see where the clogged drain may be. tks again

Remove the rear cover inside the freezer and you'll see the drain pan (#17 on the break down diagram) with the drain hole under the evaporator (#15 on the break down diagram).

Use a hair dryer and/or a turkey baster with hot water to defrost and clean it.
