Water accumulates at the bottom of the inside of the refridgerator and then flows out to my kitchen floor. I looked all the way in the front bottom and I don't see an evaporation pan. Do I need to take the fridge apart to get to a tube? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Most likely the problem is a clogged and/or frozen drain. Remove the evaporator cover (#201 on the break down diagram) and look for the drain hole under the evaporator. Use a hair dryer and/or a turkey baster and hot water to defrost and clean it. Check the drain hose (#315 on the break down diagram). Here are the break down diagrams for the Hotpoint refrigerator Model CTX18GAXJRAAGene.
